23/3/2020 Update

Dear Families,

We have been in contact with our families and have identified a number of families who we can directly support, on site. For all other families, please follow Government advice below. Teaching staff will remain in contact with all pupils throughout the duration of school closures. We are here for continued support with learning and other needs. Stay safe, everyone.

20/3/2020 Update

Dear Families,

As of today, schools for educational purposes are CLOSED.  However, the Government has requested that school buildings remain open to offer a safe environment to whom the State has a statutory responsibility (children with EHCPs, and children under social care), and children of key workers (those working in frontline services).  I must stress that schools are being asked to stay open for those children who absolutely need to attend because they cannot be safely cared for at home.

IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR YOUR CHILD TO BE AT HOME, SAFELY, THEN THEY SHOULD BE, in order to limit the chance of the virus spreading.

CSS will remain open only for those children who absolutely need to attend.

We must stress that centres will be running on a skeletal staff, and will not run as a school but as a service for those who are unable to stay safely at home.

You can access the parent guide here - Closure of Educational Settings - Information for Parents and Carers

We are continuing to work through what this means for us as a school/setting and we will provide more information later today. Thank you for your continued understanding and support.
