Children’s Support Service is a cashless organisation.

We are proud to state that we currently offer a free breakfast, lunch and snacks to all students, so there is no need for online payments for meals.

However, if you choose to purchase additional uniform items, over and above those that we provide freely, this is done via our online service called ParentPay.

If families request to purchase additional uniform items, they will receive ParentPay activation details that are used to activate their child's account. 

Once activated, you will be prompted to change your details to a unique username and password of your choosing. If you have more than one child at the school or children at another ParentPay school, you can create one single account login for all your children, regardless of which school they attend. Instructions will be provided.

ParentPay is a user-friendly platform that can be accessed via the ParentPay website or App.

What happens if I don't receive my activation details on request or cannot activate my account?

Which cards can I use?
ParentPay accepts all well-known card providers, including MasterCard and Visa credit cards, and Switch, Delta, Electron, Maestro, Solo and Visa debit cards.

What about our personal information?
ParentPay holds a very limited amount of information about you and your child solely for the purpose of administering your account. They have established an industry-leading programme to manage information security risk and compliance, operating under strict guidelines set out by the Data Protection Act 1998.

ParentPay will NEVER contact you by phone, email or mail and ask you to divulge confidential information like passwords or card numbers.
